- 1 cup frozen concentrate apple juice

- 1 handful of spinsch, chard, or kale

- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 cup of ice may need more
Chocolate Lovers

- 8 oz milk
- 4 ice cubes
- 1 tsp pure cocoa powder
- . 1 handfull of cocoa nibs
- 2 tbs low-fat sour cream
- 2 tbs almond butter
- 1 scoop protein of choice (Whey or Egg White Chocolate recommended)
- sweetner of choice (optional)
Chili

Condiments include diced avocado, sliced scallions, chopped onions, chopped cilantro leaves, shredded cheese
- 1 1/2 •1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
- 1 •1 pound of stew beef cut in small pieces
- 1 •1 large chopped onion
- 1 •1 chopped roasted red pepper
- 2 •2 chopped celery ribs
- •(8 ounce) kidney beans, soak overnight in cold water, rinsed and drained
- 1 •1 (29 ounce) can San Marziano tomatoes
- 1 •1 pound of mushrooms sliced
- 32 • 32 ounces beef broth
- 1 •1 bottle V8 juice
- 1-2 •1-2 cup water
- 1/4 •1/4 cup chili powder
- 1 •1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 2 •2 tablespoons garlic (minced )
- 2 • 2 teaspoons ground coriander
- 1 •1 teaspoon salt
- 1 •1 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper

Preheat you oven to 350 degrees
- Crust and crumbs
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter (1 1/2 sticks), chilled, cut into small pieces, plus more for pan
- 1/3 cup (1 3/4 ounces of 49 grams) hazelnuts
- 1 1/2 cups (188 grams) all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup packed light or dark brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon table salt
- Filling
- 1 pound ripe but firm plums (about 4 standard black ones or 12 smaller Italian plums; I used a mix of both)
- 1 tablespoon (8 grams) all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons (6 tablespoons) granulated sugar
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- 1 large egg yolk
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon table salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Steamed Clame with ginger chili butter

- 1/4 cup chicken stock
- 1/4 tsp fresh garlic, chopped
- 1 Tbs ginger pesto butter
- 1 Tbs chili butter
- 1/4 cup fresh shiitake mushrooms
- 1/4 cup kai choy
- 1/4 cup round onions, sliced
- 1 Tbs green onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup Gallo white wine
- GINGER PESTO BUTTER;
- 4 oz ginger
- 1 cup salad oil
- 1/2 cup green onions
- 1 oz garlic
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
- salt and pepper to taste
Rice Pudding

- 3/4 cup uncooked short grain white rice
- 2 cups milk, divided
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 1 egg

- 1 (15 1/2-ounce) can black beans
- 1 (14 1/2-ounce) can Mexican-style stewed tomatoes
- 1 can corn
- 1 (14 1/2-ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1 (14 1/2-ounce) can tomatoes with chiles
- 2 (4 1/2-ounce) cans diced green chiles
- 1 1/2 chiptole peppers and some of the adobe sauce from the can.

Plum Cornbread

Plums: In a small bowl, combine the plums and sugar and let sit at room temperature for at least 30 minutes
- Plums:
- 4 to 6 black plums (if they are large, use 4, if they are small use 6), sliced

Banana Pudding (mom's with my twists)

- PUDDING:
- If your food processor bowl holds less than 11 cups, puree half the pudding with the roasted bananas and lemon juice in step 3, transfer it to a large bowl, and whisk in the rest of the pudding.

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over high heat
- Kosher salt
- 1 pound linguine
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- Two 12-ounce bags cherry tomatoes, stemmed and halved
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried crushed red pepper
- 3 large cloves garlic, flattened and chopped
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1 pound asparagus, trimmed, stalks cut on a diagonal into 1 to 1 1/2-inch pieces
