In a salad bowl, combine lettuce, asparagus pieces, mushrooms, onion, and parsley
- 1 large head lettuce, leaves separated and torn in pieces
- 1 lb. asparagus, cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces, cooked tender-crisp and chilled
- 1 1/2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 1 small red onion, finely chopped
- 1 ts. chipped fresh parlsey or cilantro
- 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup chicken stock
- 1 tbs. soy sauce
- 3 tbs. oil
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 2 tsp. finely copped fresh ginger root
- Toasted sesame seeds
Buffalo Wings

Combine the milk, 1 tbs. seasonings, and ½ cup of the flour to make a paste
- ½ cup buttermilk
- 3 tbs. spices (salt, garlic powder, pepper, onion powder, oregano, thyme)

- 3 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tbs. melted butter

- 1 ½ cups chopped pecans
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Vanilla Cream Boat Cakelets

- Ingredients:
- For the cakelets:
- 1 cup plus 2 Tbs. cake flour
- 1 1/8 tsp. baking powder
- 3/8 tsp. salt

Risotto with Ham and Cheese
