- 2 tsp. orange zest
- 2 tsp. vanilla

Jamocha Shake

Combine the coffee, milk, and sugar in a blender; mixing until the sugar is dissolved
- 1 cup cold coffee
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tbs. sugar
- 3 cups vanilla ice cream
- 3 tbs. chocolate syrup
Meat Filled Stuffed Peppers

Fill the peppers with the meat mix and set in a baking dish
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Oil a baking sheet that will fit the peppers snugly. Stem over boiling water for 10 minutes:
- 4 bell peppers
- Heat in a large skillet:
- 2 tbs. oil
- Add and sauté over medium heat until beef is lightly coloured, about 10 minutes:
- 8 oz. ground beef
- 1/2 ½ onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 ½ tsp. dried thyme
- Add:
- 1 cup hot cooked rice
- 1 ripe tomato, peeled, seeded, and finely chopped
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1 tsp. dried basil
- Salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes to taste

- 4 ounces semisweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup roasted peanuts, chopped
