Bannock Scones

In a bowl, sift the flour with the sugar, baking powder and salt
- 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 2 sticks plus 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, diced and chilled
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 large egg
- 1 large egg beaten with 1 tablespoon of water
Vidalia Onion Rings with Beer Mustard

Slice the onions: Cut each onion crosswise into 1/4-inch-thick slices
- For the Rings:
- 2 large Vidalia onions
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup rice flour
- 2 cups seltzer
- 1 12 -ounce bottle beer
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Kosher salt
- Vegetable oil, for deep-frying
- Chopped parsley and flaky salt, for topping
- For Beer Mustard:
- 1 cup aioli or good-quality store-bought mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons agave syrup
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon beer-extract powder (available at home-brew suppliers and some spice shops)
- Pinch of cayenne pepper
Chewy Honey Roasted Peanut Butter Cookies

HEAT oven to 350°F. BEAT egg in large bowl with mixer until foamy
- 1 egg
- 1 cup PLANTERS Creamy Peanut Butter
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup PLANTERS Honey Roasted Dry Roasted Peanuts, chopped
Sweet Cabbage Salad

Add cabbage, peas, and chives to a large resealable plastic bag, set aside
- 4 cups shredded cabbage
- 1/4 cup fresh or frozen peas (thawed if frozen)
- 2 Tbsp toasted sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp light agave nectar or honey

Crispy Tofu with Noodles

Bring a saucepan of water to a boil
- 7 ounces dried udon noodles
- 1/2 cup plus 1 teaspoon canola oil
- 1 cup panko (Japanese bread crumbs)
- 6 ounces firm tofu, cut into 1-inch squares
- 1 egg yolk
- 3/4 pound mixed mushrooms, such as oyster, hen-of-the-woods and stemmed shiitake, thickly sliced
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 3/4 pound baby bok choy, cut into 3/4-inch pieces
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 1/2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
Grilled Skirt with Herbed Breadcrumbs and Bagna Cauda Sauce

- 4 oz bittersweet chocolate, chopped
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1 1/4 cups whole milk
- 2 cups freshly made hot, strong black coffee
- 4 scoops vanilla ice cream (optional)
