A quick and easy recipe for Amish Friendship Bread
- 2 3/4 cups flour
- 1 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 (4-serving size) box instant vanilla pudding
- 1 1/4 cup milk
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Braised Beef Stew with Garlic Cream

- 3 lb. beef chuck, cut into 2-inch cubes

- 4 pieces naan bread
- 1/2 cup whole-milk yogurt
- 1/2 cup diced, seeded cucumber (about 1/2 cucumber)
- 1 tablespoon coarsely chopped fresh mint or cilantro leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 medium head iceberg lettuce, thinly sliced
