In a medium bowl, whisk the flour with the salt

  • Tradition Crespelle Alla Fiorentina:
  • 3/4 cup 3/4 cup all-purpose flour

  • 60 g 60g of plain flour
  • 700 ml 700ml of whole milk

  • finish the dish:
  • Pecorino Toscano cheese, grated
  • tomato purée
  • extra virgin olive oil
