- 1 med onion diced
- 1 red pepper sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 med tomatoes diced
- 1 1/2 c short grain brown rice
- 1 sm bunch thin asparagus cut into 2' lengths
- 6 can artichoke hearts, halved
- 1 cup frozen peas

- 2 TBL SUGAR
- 1 3/4 STICKS UNSALTED MELTED BUTTER

- 4 PDS (8 - 8OZ PKGS) CREAM CHEESE (ROOM TEMPERATURE)

- 1 C flour
- 1C sugar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Mix above well
- COMBINE IN A MED BOWL:
- 1 Egg (beat with whisk)
- 1 tsp vanilla or almond extract
- 1 (16oz can fruit cocktail (Do not drain)
