- 1 pd small red potatoes about 12
- kosher slat and black pepper
- 1/4 c plus 1 tbl olive oil
- 4 small steaks
- 1 1/2 pd total
- 1/4 c crumble blue cheese - 1 oz - go light
- 2 tbl white wine vinegar
- 1 sm head boston lettuce, torn 4 cups
Grandma King's Molasses Cookies

mix together 350' 8 minutes
- 2 1/2 c flour
- 1 c sugar
- 1tsp ginger
- 1 tsp cinnanom
- 4 tbs molassas
- 3/4 c shortning (crisco)
- 2 tsp soda
- 1/2 tsp clove
- 1 egg
- dash salt
Zucchine Bread

Preheat hours 350' mix sugar ,eggs, oil - blend in zucchini by hand and dry items by hand place in 2 loaf pans

- 3 eggs
- 2 C sugar
- 1 C oil
- 3 C flour
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon

- 1/4 chopped garlic
- 1/4 C each: finely diced carrots, red pepper, celery, onion
- 1 pd 90% lean ground beef
- 1/4 shredded parmesan
- 1/4 C low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 lg egg
- 1 C cooked brown lentils
- 2 C packed spinach leaved
- steamed, drained, and chopped

Flatlander chili

cook beef drain add all indredients and bring to boil simmer for 1 - 1 1/2 hr stirring occasionally

- 1/4 c chopped green bell pepper

- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried oregan
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/8 cayenne pepper
- 2 c canned red beans, drained and rinsed
Tropical pork chops

- 2 tb + 2 tsp ketchup
- 1 tb mustard
- 1 tb brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp cider vinegar
- 3/4 tsp soy sauce
- 1/8 tsp garlic salt
- 1/8 tsp onion salt
- 2 tb chopped onion
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 1 1.2 tsp oil
- t tb + 2 tsp water
- 2 tbl chopped pineapples
- cook rice to go under meal
