Grandma's Pork Chops and Gravy

Grandma's pork chops are cooked to fork-tender perfection
- 2 1/2 pounds boneless New York (top loin) pork chops (about 8)
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
Southwest Baked Chicken

- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 Tbls taco seasoning
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mexican blend etc.)

Asparagus, Tomato and Artichoke Pasta Salad

Oh, I love a good Italian style pasta salad
- SALAD:
- 1 pound fresh asparagus
- 1 (16-17 ounce) package corkscrew noodles
- 2 C grape tomatoes
- 1/2 C red onion, sliced
- 2 C marinated artichoke hearts, chopped
- 3/4 C parmesan cheese, grated
- DRESSING:
- 1 (.6 ounce) package Good Seasons Italian Dressing
- 1/4 C white vinegar
- 3 T water
- 1/2 C vegetable or olive oil
- 1/4 t sugar
Ravioli Soup

This Ravioli Tuscan Soup is quick to throw together, but tastes like you spent hours in the kitchen
- 1 pound ground pork sausage
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 28oz can diced tomatoes
- 1 24oz jar Bertolli Tomato & Basil Sauce (or other sauce of your choice)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/2 tsp dry basil
- 2 tsp sugar
- 9 oz refrigerated cheese ravioli or tortellini
- 2 cups spinach, chopped
- 1 cup half and half
Peanut Butter Reese’s Cookies

- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 cups flour
- 1 Tablespoon corn starch
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup Reese's pieces
- 1 1/4 cups chopped Reese's peanut butter cups
Gooey S'mores Cookie Bars

- 2 pkgs (24-count each) refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough
- 1 (7 oz) jar JET-PUFFED Marshmallow Creme
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Banana Bread*

No need for a mixer for this recipe! Clean-up is easy too, if you want, you can mix everything in one bowl
- 2-3 very ripe bananas, peeled
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 cup of sugar (can easily use 3/4 cup, or drop it down to 1/2 cup if you want it less sweet)
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- 1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour

Chocolate Buttercream & Coconut Candy Eggs

- 1 stick butter, softened
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2 lbs confectioners' sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- 14 ounces flaked coconut (more if desired, like I did)
- 1 pkg semi-sweet chocolate chips (more if you coat each egg thicker)
- OR
- 1 pkg light or dark melting candy disks
- almonds (optional)
- additional melting disks in various colors for decorating, if desired
- Sprinkles, Jimmies for decorating, if desired
Banana Pecan Pancakes with Butter Syrup

This is one of my all-time favorite pancake recipes
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups flour {I use whole wheat}
- 2 cups buttermilk {or 2 cups milk + 2 TBSP lemon juice}
- 2 cups mashed ripe bananas {about 3-4}
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 TBSP baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- Butter Syrup
- 1/2 c. butter (1 cube)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup buttermilk {or 1 c. milk & 1 TBSP lemon juice}
- 1 TBSP vanilla
- 1 TBSP corn syrup
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
Pineapple Cobbler

- 2 cups Pioneer Brand Baking Mix or Bisquick
- 1 cup brown sugar (dark or light)
- 1 cup milk
