Frozen Raspberry Cheesecake

This Frozen Raspberry Cheesecake–made with fresh raspberries–is light, cool and creamy
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups fresh raspberries
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Mini Cookies and Cream Cheesecakes

Bite sized cookies and cream cheesecakes topped off with homemade sweetened whipped cream and a mini Oreo cookie
- Crust:
- 10 original Oreo cookies with cream (*not Double Stuf)
- 1 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- Filling:
- 12 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 C granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1/2 C cookie pieces (10 cookie halves, cream filling removed)
- Whipped cream:
- 1/2 C heavy cream
- 2 Tbsp powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- Mini Oreo cookies for topping
Cheesy Garlic Flat Bread

I love using frozen bread dough because it makes for quick and easy side dishes
- 12 frozen dough dinner rolls, thawed and risen (I used Rhodes dinner rolls- you could also use your own frozen dough)
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dried basil
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese

- 1 pound ground beef
- 3/4 pound bulk pork sausage
- 3 cans (8 ounces each) tomato sauce
- 2 cans (6 ounces each) tomato paste

- 1 teaspoon salt

- 1 carton (8 ounces) ricotta cheese

- 9 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained

- 3 cups (12 ounces) shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese, divided

- 1 box White or vanilla cake mix
- Ingredients on the box (water, oil, eggs, etc)
- 1 pkg Cheesecake (or vanilla) pudding (3.4 oz)
- 1 1/2 C Milk
- For the blueberry sauce
- 12 oz Blueberries, rinsed
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Flour
- 1 tbsp Water
- For the whipped cream
- 1 pkg Cream cheese (8 oz) at room temperature
- 1 pint Heavy whipping cream (16 oz)
- 2 C Powdered sugar

- Classic White Cake
- 15 ..5 oz. Duncan Hines White Cake Mix
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 egg whites
- Buttercream Frosting
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 4 to 5 cups powered sugar
- 1/4 cup half and half or whole milk
- 1 and 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla
Crab Cake Dip

It’s like an actual crispy, hot & cheesy Crab Cake that you eat with a warm, tender bread spoon
- 1 cup of Crab..I used canned, but fresh is perfect too. And feel free to add even more if you want it extra Crabby!
- 8 oz Cream Cheese (one block)
- 1/4 cup Mayo
- 1 1/2 Cups Shredded Cheddar (one cup inside the dip and 1/2 cup reserved for the top)
- 1/4 Cup Panko and Bread Crumbs mixed.
- 1/2 a Red Bell pepper (of any color)..chopped
- 1 Green onion..chopped
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil…for drizzling
- 2 tablespoons Old Bay Seasoning..optional!
- S&P to taste.
- A nice grilled Baguette..for scooping!
- A food processor helps, but old fashioned muscles work just fine too!
