- 1/2 cup (1 stick or 115 gr) unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
- 1/2 cup (100 gr) light brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup (100 gr) granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup (60 gr) cup creamy or chunky peanut butter, divided
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 Tablespoons (30 ml) milk
- 1 and 1/4 cups Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, chopped (about 16 Reese’s miniatures)

- 2 cups chocolate sandwich cookie crumbs, such as Oreo
- 1/4 cup (2 ounces or 4 tablespoons) unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream, cold
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup strawberry puree (roughly 1 cup sliced processed in a blender and strained)
- 1 cup chopped strawberries
- Ganache
- 4 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter

- 1 box Funfetti Cake Mix (or white cake mix AND 1/4 C. sprinkles)
