- 3/4 cup old-fashioned oats
- Filling:
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, room temperature
- 3/4 cup canned pure pumpkin
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- Topping:
- 1 cup sour cream
