Monster Cookie Bars

Whoever decided to take their cookie dough, press it in a pan, bake it, and call it a cookie bar was smart
- 1/4 C butter, softened
- 3/4 C no-stir natural peanut butter
- 1/2 C brown sugar
- 1/4 C sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 C all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 C quick oats
- 1/2 C mini M&M's
- 1/2 C chocolate chips (I used a mixture of milk and semi-sweet)
- 1/4 C peanut butter chips
Blueberry Lemon Pina Colada

This is a favorite summertime drink of my families
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice (about 6-7 medium sized lemons)
- 2 cups cold water
- 2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup sugar (we use equal amount of Stevia in ours)
- 3/4 cup Pina Colada Mixer
- 1 about 1 liter lemon-lime soda, whatever brand you like
- ice
