Pumpkin Banana Nut Bread-recipegirl*

Here's a way to combine your ripe bananas with pumpkin to create a fall flavors banana bread! from recipegirl
- 4 cups all purpose flour
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 4 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 15-ounce can unsweetened pumpkin puree
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup granulated white sugar
- 1 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1 cup (2 medium) mashed ripe bananas
- 3/4 cup vegetable or canola oil
- 1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

- for the filling:
- For the crust
- 2 and 1/2 c graham cracker crumbs
- 2 Tbsp granulated sugar
- 3/4 c melted butter
- 2 8oz. packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 8oz. tub whipped topping (I used Cool Whip)
- 1 c powdered sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- for the topping:
- 1 21oz. can cherry pie filling (I used Lucky Leaf)

- 4 eggs, beaten
- 15-oz. can pumpkin
- 12-oz. can evaporated milk
- 1-1/2 c. sugar
- 2 t. pumpkin pie spice
- 1 t. salt
- 18-1/2 oz. pkg. yellow cake mix
- 1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
- 1 c. butter, melted
- Optional: whipped topping, chopped nuts, cinnamon

- Crust:
- 4 sheets of graham crackers
- 1 tbsp. white sugar
- 2 tbsp. butter, melted
- Cheesecake:
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 tsp. flour
- 1 egg, at room temperature
- Cinnamon-sugar swirl
- 1/2 cup butter, at room temperature
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp, flour
- 1 and 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- Cream cheese topping
- 1 and 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, at room temperature
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 ounce cream cheese, at room temperature

Chocolate sugar cookies are so much easier when they are made in one big pan
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup dark cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- For the Mint Frosting
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 teaspoon mint extract
- 6 Tablespoon whipping cream
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- green gel food coloring
- 1 cup Andes Mint chips

Strawberry Peach White Wine Slushie

Delicious, light, and fresh summer blended drink
- 1 bottle of white wine
- 2 + cups of frozen peach and/or mango slices
- 1 + cups of frozen strawberries
- 3 cups of ice cubes
HOT FUDGE OREO CUPCAKES

This is actually a frozen dessert that I usually put in a 9×13 inch pan
- 2 large pie plates, 9x13 pan, or make 12 to 16 cupcakes
- 1 (15 oz.) pkg. oreo cookies with the cream attached
- 1/4 Cup melted Butter
- 1/2 gallon Vanilla Ice Cream or any flavor you choose
- 1 medium container Frozen Whipped Topping like cool whip
- Toasted nuts
- Hot Fudge Sauce (Recipe Below)
- HOT FUDGE SAUCE
- 1 can of Condensed Milk (like Eagle Brand) - Do not use evaporated Milk
- 1 stick of Butter
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 1 cup of Milk or Semi sweet chocolate Chips.
Frozen Hot Chocolate Cheesecake

This pie is a frozen pie. The consistency is ice cream-like and the pie will need to remain in the freezer
- 22 oreos (about 2 cups)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 6 tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 6 milk chocolate flavored hot cocoa mixes with marshmallows
- 1 container (8 oz) cool whip, completely thawed
- 1/2 cup marshmallow fluff
- Optional garnish: Reddi Whip Spray
