Chicken and Veggie Pizza

I had no idea that pizza was the #1 dinner choice in the U
- for the crust:
- 1 packet Fleischmann's pizza crust yeast (or rapid rise yeast)
- 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 - 1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 cup very warm water
- 3 tablespoons oil (I used olive oil)
- for topping:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1/2 cup chopped cooked spinach
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped kalamata olives
- 1/2 cup chopped artichoke hearts
- 2 tablespoons chopped sun dried tomatoes
- 1 cup chopped cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup shredded gouda cheese

- Crust & Topping
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) butter, chilled
- Filling
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 6 tbsp all-purpose flour
- pinch of salt
- 1/4 tsp butter extract
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 8-oz fresh blueberries, rinsed and drained
