Peanut Butter Chocolate Swirl Cheesecake bars are so pretty and fairly simple to make
- 1 sleeve chocolate graham crackers (9 rectangle grahams)
- 6 Tbsp butter, melted
- 2 (8oz) packages Neufchatel Cream Cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs, room temperature
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (milk, semi-sweet, or dark chocolate)
- 1/2 cup peanut butter

- 1 chocolate cake mix
- 8 Tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 egg
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened

- 12 strawberries, washed and dried (use smaller strawberries, so they fit on top of the cupcakes)

- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, cut into small cubes
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream or plain yogurt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Strawberry frosting:
- 3/4 cup (12 tablespoons) unsalted butter, softened
- 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar, sifted
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoons fresh strawberry puree (see note)
