Peanut Butter Filled Chocolate Snack Cake

This moist and airy cake actually has two layers of frosting on it
- For the Cake
- 2 cups sugar
- 1-3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1-1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup strong coffee
- For peanut butter filling
- 4 oz. cream cheese (softened)
- 2 TBLS butter (softened)
- 1/2 c. peanut butter
- 1/2 t. vanilla
- 2 c. powdered sugar
- For the chocolate glaze
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 5 tablespoons milk

- 1 1/2 cups milk

Candy Corn M&M Fudge Brownies

- 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz.)
