- 2 cups granulated cane sugar (15 ounces)
- 1 3/4 cups flour (7.7 ounces)
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 8 ounces (1 liquid cup) milk, any variety
- 1/2 cup butter (melted and cooled) or vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup boiling water
- 2 small (3.6 oz.) boxes instant chocolate pudding mix, divided in half
- 32 ounces (4 liquid cups) milk (any variety), divided in half
- 8 ounce tub of prepared whipped topping or 2 cups of homemade whipped cream
- Chocolate Ganache
- 4 Tablespoons (2 ounces) unsalted butter*
- 4 ounces (1/2 liquid cup) whole or 2% milk*
- 8 ounces good quality bittersweet or semisweet chocolate, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup prepared caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

- 6 cups sliced peeled tart apples
- 2 tablespoons lime juice

- 1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)

You can use your favorite nut such as almonds or walnuts in place of the pecans
- 1 cup chopped pecans, plus more for garnish
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup (2 ounces or 4 tablespoons) unsalted butter, melted
- 2 eggs, room temperature
- 1/4 cup whole milk, room temperature
- 1 large apple, cored, peeled, and thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons caramel sauce (homemade or store bought), plus more for drizzling
S'mores Cream Pie Cookie Cups

Instructions Preheat the oven to 350° F
- For the crust:
- 16 Oreos (flavor of choice- I used S’mores)
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- For the cookie:
- 1 cup (2 sticks) Unsalted butter
- 1 cup Light brown sugar
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 3 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 pkg (3.4oz) Hersey’s Dark chocolate pudding mix
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- For the filling:
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 jar (7 oz) marshmallow cream
- For the garnish
- 3 tablespoons chocolate chips, melted
- 36 pcs Hershey’s pieces
Old-Fashioned Iced Oatmeal Cookies

Instructions Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- FOR THE COOKIES:
- 2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats *
- 2 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature (2 sticks)
- 1 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs, room temperature
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- FOR THE ICING:
- 3 tablespoons heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons warm water
- 2 cups confectioners' sugar
- (you may substitute milk for the cream - start with 3 tablespoons then add more milk if needed)

- 2 tablespoons brown sugar, packed
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup + 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 18.9 ounce brownie mix – my all-time favorite is Ghirardelli Double Chocolate – this is also a great brownie recipe but I found it more difficult to bake evenly when I made my brownies from scratch
