- 1 1/2 cups watermelon {frozen}
- popsicle molds or dixie cups with popsicle sticks {small popsicle molds worked best!}
- orange juice, if needed **

Hey friends! I’m popping in on a busy summer afternoon to share a quick and easy supper recipe with you
- 2 2 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 1 1 recipe All-Purpose Marinade or 1 bottle of Dale's or Moore's Marinade
- 1 1 1 large onion, peeled and cut into wedges
- 1 1 1 pound cherry tomatoes, bell peppers (cored, seeded, and cut into 1 inch pieces), and/or small mushrooms, or other vegetables of your choice

- for the cheesecake:
- 16 Oreos
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, at room temperature
- 2 eggs, at room temperature
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup Nutella
- 8 Oreos, chopped
- for the whipped topping:
- 1 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 3 tbsp powdered sugar
- chopped Oreos and chopped hazelnuts, for topping

Jewish Apple Cake

I have made this Jewish Apple Cake innumerable times as did my mom before me
- 5 or 6 apples, pared, cored & sliced
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 5 tablespoons sugar
- 3 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup salad oil
- 4 Eggs
- 2 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla
- Sprinkle apples with 2 tsp. cinnamon mixed with 5 Tbs. sugar.

- Cheesecake:
- 9 inch round chocolate cake, baked and cooled (I used a mix)
- 9 inch round brownie, baked and cooled (I used a mix prepared for fudgy, not cakey brownies)
- 4 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup milk
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- Coconut Pecan Frosting:
- 2 bags (11 oz each) caramel bits (small, easy to melt caramel pieces you can find with the chocolate chips in your grocer's baking section)
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 2 cups chopped pecans
- 3 cups sweetened, shredded coconut
- Chocolate frosting:
- 2 sticks salted butter, slightly softened
- 2 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 4-6 TBS hot water

- 1 (14 ounce) package of wrapped caramels or 2 1/2 C caramel bits
- 1/2 C butter
