Carrabba's Italian Grill Apple Martini

- 1 fluid ounce dekuyper's sour apple liqueur

Peanut Butter Cream-Filled Devil's Food Cupcakes

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F
- For the cupcakes:
- 1 1/4 cups cake flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened Dutch- process cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) plus 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup hot strong coffee
- For the filling:
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 1/4 cups sifted confectioners' sugar
- For the ganache:
- 4 ounces semisweet chocolate, roughly chopped
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup roasted peanuts, chopped

Preheat oven to 350 degrees, and butter/spray a 13 x 9 pan
- 2 sticks (16 Tbsp.) butter, melted
- 2 cups brown sugar (I used light brown sugar)
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- pinch salt
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 cup chocolate chips (I used a combination of milk and semi-sweet)
- approx. 2/3 to 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs

In a heavy pot, cover potatoes with salted cold water by 1 inch
- 2 small Yukon gold potatoes (3/4 pound)
- Fine sea salt or kosher salt
- 1/2 cup roughly chopped flat-leaf parsley

- Finely grated zest of 2 lemons
- 4 cups roughly chopped cooked mixed meat and poultry, preferably from making Brodo
