  • 1 cup almonds, sliced
  • 4 ounces bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped
  • 2 1/2 cups marzipan = 2 cups almond paste plus 1 cup of powdered sugar plus 2 tablespoons of corn syrup, mixed well
  • Or 12 ounces almond paste, 3/4 cup granulated sugar, 2 ounces finely ground almonds.
