Cream Puff Cake

Boil together the margarine and water
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup flour
- 4 eggs
- 1 large box instant vanilla or white chocolate pudding
- 3 cups milk
- 1 – 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 – 8 oz. carton cool whip
- chocolate syrup
Loukoumades

Loukoumades are golden puffs of fried dough that are bathed in sweet syrup and sprinkled with cinnamon and walnuts
- For the syrup:
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 pkg. (1/4 oz) dry yeast
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. whiskey or brandy
- 1-1/2 cups lukewarm water
- 1/2 cup lukewarm water
- 2 cups canola or corn oil
- Ground cinnamon and walnuts for serving
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 stick cinnamon
- 1-cup water
- 1/2 cup honey

Brownie layers: In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, melt butter and chocolate; stir until smooth
- Brownie layers:
- 1 1/2 cups butter
- 6 ounces unsweetened baker’s chocolate, chopped
- 3 cups granulated sugar
- 5 large eggs
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- Peanut butter layers:
- 6 cups powdered sugar
- 2 cups creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup (maybe more) heavy cream
- Chocolate frosting:
- 1 1/2 cups butter, softened
- 1 1/4 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. espresso powder
- Assembly:
- 8 peanut butter cups, each cut in half
- 3 tsp. chocolate shavings

- 4 oz (115 g) ground blanched almonds
- 3 large egg whites (about 3.8 – 4 oz/ 110 – 112 g)
- 1 oz (30 g) white granulated sugar
- 1 Tbs unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Decorator's Cream Cheese Frosting

Cream together shortening, butter, and cream cheese until nice and smooth
- 1/2 cup of shortening
- 1 stick unsalted butter @ room temp.
- 1 8 oz. bar of cream cheese @ room temp.
- 1 tblsp white vanilla extract
- 2 lbs. sifted powdered sugar (too sweet, start with 1 lb)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- I added 2 cups whipped topping to lighten a little
Chocolate Monkey Bites

Combine first three ingredients in a bowl and stir until it makes a chocolate sauce
- ■1/4 cup plus 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- ■1/4 cup virgin coconut oil, melted
- ■20-30 nunaturals vanilla stevia drops (or 3-4 tbsp liquid sweetener, such as agave)
- ■1/2 a banana (see “nutrition info” link below for all substitution notes in this recipe)
- ■tiny pinch salt
- ■optional: 1-2 tbsp peanut butter (or pb2, or another nut butter)
