Knorr Spinach Dip

Combine all ingredients and chill about 2 hours
- 1 package (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, cooked, cooled and squeezed dry
- 1 container (16 oz.) sour cream
- 1 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
- 1 package Knorr® Vegetable recipe mix
- 1 can (240 ml) water chestnuts(optional)

A typical pastry from Santo Stefano Quisquina, Sicily
- COOKIE:
- 8 Cups flour, all-purpose
- 7-1/8 ounces shortening
- 2/3 pound sugar
- 7/8 ounce baking powder original recipe BUT(1/8 oz = 1 tsp, 7 tsp)
- baking powder should be 1 tsp per 1 cup of flour
- 1 cup warm water
- CINNAMON SYRUP:
- 1 cup sugar
- 1-3/4 ounces cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons water
- GARNISH:
- 1-1/2 cups roasted almonds (chopped)
- VANILLA PASTRY CREAM:
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup flour, all-purpose
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1-1/2 cups milk
- 6 whole egg yolks
- 1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1-1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
Cherry Pie in the Sky

In a bowl, mix together graham crackers and sugar
- 1/3 cup graham crackers, crushed
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup superfine sugar
- 1 cup cherry juice
- 1/4 cup grenadine
- 4 shots white rum
- 1 cup club soda
- 1 lime, juiced
- Lime slices, for garnish
- Maraschino cherries, for garnish
Tres Leches Cupcakes

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
- cupcakes:
- 2 1/2 cups cake flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon fine salt
- 1 stick unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cup milk
- Tres Leches Mix, recipe follows
- Whipped Cream Mascarpone Frosting, recipe follows
- Tres Leches Mix:
- One 12-ounce can evaporated milk
- Half 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- Whipped Cream Mascarpone Frosting:
- 4 cups heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup confectioners' sugar
- 4 ounces mascarpone cheese
Onion Mushroom Stuffing

This is one of my favorite stuffings
- 3 cups chopped onions
- 3 cups sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cups chopped celery
- 10 cups stale crumbled bread
- 1/4 cup fresh sage, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
Braised Pork Shoulder

1.Preheat oven to 300 degrees
- •6 ounces pancetta, finely chopped
- •2 medium onions, thinly sliced
- •1 bone-in pork shoulder (6 to 7 pounds), skin on (if making potatoes), room temperature
- •Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
- •2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- •1 head garlic, minced
- •2 teaspoons fennel seeds, toasted and ground
- •1 teaspoon crushed coriander seeds
- •2 cups Belgian-style ale
- •1 cup homemade or store-bought low-sodium chicken stock
Neapolitan Cupcakes

1 Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pans)
- 1 box Betty Crocker® SuperMoist® white cake mix
- Water, vegetable oil and egg whites called for on cake mix box
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 cup unsweetened baking cocoa
- 1/2 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 container (12 oz) Betty Crocker® Whipped chocolate frosting
- 1 container (12 oz) Betty Crocker® Whipped fluffy white frosting
- 1 container (12 oz) Betty Crocker® Whipped strawberry mist frosting
- Assorted Betty Crocker® Decorating Decors candy sprinkles
- Additional miniature semisweet chocolate chips
Glazed Pecans

1. Heat oven to 350°F. Line cookie sheet with cooking parchment paper
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons packed dark brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons maple-flavored syrup or real maple syrup
- 2 cups pecan halves (8 oz)
Carmelitas

Combine caramels and cream in a small saucepan over low heat
- 32 caramel squares, unwrapped
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 3/4 cup butter, melted
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 6 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
Giant Cream Puffs

Combine water and butter in a large heavy saucepan; bring to a boil
- Cream Filling:
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/4 t. salt
- 3 eggs
- Garnish: powdered sugar or melted chocolate
- 3-1/2 oz. pkg. instant French vanilla pudding mix
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. whipping cream
