Alice Springs Chicken

Use an electric mixer to combine the mustard, honey, 1 1/2 teaspoons oil and lemon juice in a small bowl
- 1 c. Grey Poupon Dijon mustard
- 1 c. honey
- 2 tsp. vegetable oil
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 c. sliced mushrooms (10?12 mushrooms)
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- salt and pepper
- paprika
- 8 slices bacon, cooked
- 1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 tsp. finely chopped fresh parsley
Flounder (Stuffed)

In a 10-inch skillet cook bread crumbs in the butter or margarine over medium heat until golden brown and crisp
- 1-1/2 cups soft bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 ounces fresh or frozen shrimp, cooked, shelled, and coarsely chopped
- 6 to 8 ounces fresh crab meat or frozen crab meat, thawed
- 2 tablespoons snipped parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 8 Flounder Pieces - approx. 4" W x 6" L
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
- Lime slices (optional)

- 2 – 3 inch-thick center cut bone-in pork chops (1 pork chop, per person is plenty)
- 1/2 can reduced sodium chicken broth
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
Apple Praline Bread

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- For the praline sauce:
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cups Granny Smith apples, peeled and finely chopped
- 1 cup nuts (walnut or pecan or a combo), divided
- 1/4 cup brown sugar and 1/4 cup butter

Combine dry ingredients; add remaining ingredients, and mix by hand
- FROSTING:
- Ingredients
- 2 c sugar (may cut the sugar to 1 cup - 1 1/2 cups as it is very sweet)
- 2 c all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 c nuts - walnuts or any that you prefer
- 1 can(s) 20 ounces crushed pineapple - undrained (i use pineapple in it's own juice)
- Frosting
- There is NO milk, butter, or oil in the cake.
- You may add other fruits or coconut if you like: some suggestions are: dried cranberries, raisins, currants, tub of mixed dried fruit, and even fresh blueberries.
- 1 (8 oz) softened cream cheese
- 1 3/4 cps powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup nuts

- 1/2 cup brown sugar (3.5 ounces)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/3 cup baking cocoa
- 1 2/3 cup flour
- 2 cups shredded, unpeeled zucchini, gently pressed
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
Angel Hair Pasta and Tomatoes

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil
- 1 (16 ounce) package angel hair pasta
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups roma (plum) tomatoes, diced **
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can low-sodium chicken broth
- crushed red pepper to taste
- freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Cherry tomatoes sliced in half may be substituted
Chicken Wing Dip

Mix all ingredients together and bake in 350 degree oven for 45 Minutes

- 1/2 Bottle Wing Sauce
- 3 Stalks of Celery (chopped)
- 1 Jar of Marzetti's Chunky Blue Cheese Dressing
- 8 oz. bag of Mexican Cheese
- 2 8 oz. packs of cream cheese
Tilapia - Crispy Baked with Panko Crumbs

Preheat Oven to 425 Line a large baking pan (13 x 9) with foil
- Cooking oil spray
- 1 Tilapia Fillet (4-6 oz.)
- 2 Tsp. Light Ranch Dressing
- 1/4 C. Italian-Style Panko Crumbs

- 1 3/4 cups tomato sauce
- 2 cups reduced sodium, fat-free chicken broth
- 1/2 tsp dried marjoram
- salt and fresh pepper to taste
