- 1 pound Round or sirloin steak sliced thin

- 2 cloves Garlic minced

- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Seasoned salt
- 8 oz Fresh mushrooms

- Fry bacon and move to paper towel.
- Dredge meat in flour (fry in bacon grease to brown). Saute onion for 2 minutes, add garlic and saute 1 more minute. Add water, bring to boil. add builion cube, worcestershire sauce, nutmeg, pepper & seasoned salt.

- 8 T golden flax
- 4 T oat fiber

- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- onion powder ( sprinkle this on after the dough is pressed out)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup warm water
- 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese (room temperature)
- to to 30-45 ingredients, add oil and just enough warm water till ball starts to form, mix in mozzarella, try to keep it in a ball, cover and let sit 30-45 minutes

- 5 to to cheese only takes about 5 minutes to melt I warmed all my toppings in the microwave before adding to pizza.
- I have made this twice now and think it is every bit as good as the high carb version. My husband and sister thought it was great also. My local store (publix) carries a sugar free pizza sauce and it is really good.

- This is a recipe posted on the Everything Bagel thread by Ouizoid that I made last night, tweaking to add a few sesame seeds on top before baking. The only other tweaks I did I have written in bold on this original recipe.
- Thanks, Ouizoid for an AMAZING LC English Muffin type bread! This toasts so well and it even had some nooks and crannies to hold my butter!
- LC English muffins by Ouizoid
- 1/2 c golden flaxmeal
- 1/4 c oat fiber
- 1 scoop unflavoured whey protein (jarrow brand)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 Tbs Parmesan (green can)
- Wet Mix:
- 2 jumbo egg or equiv eggbeaters
- dollop chia gel (3-4 Tbs) (I used 2 tbs of Olive Oil here instead)
- 1/2 cup trader joes light mozzaarella shreds
- unsweetened almond milk as needed to make dough workable (Used coconut milk instead and very little)
- mix together, let sit 5 min fill 6 cup greased muffin top pan. bake 12-14 min 350

- Preparation Instructions
- First and foremost, choose a nicely marbled piece of meat. This will enhance the flavor of your pot roast like nothing else. Generously salt and pepper your chuck roast.
- 2 to 3 pot or Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Then add 2 to 3 tablespoons of olive oil (or you can do a butter/olive oil split).
- Throw the carrots into the same very hot pan and toss them around a bit until slightly browned, about a minute or so.

- Adriana's Low Carb Coleslaw
- 1/2 small head of cabbage, finely chopped
- 1 small carrot shredded
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp sour cream
- 1 tsp yellow mustard
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
- 1 1 to 1 tsp apple cider vinegar (I like it tangy, but you could add a tsp at a time to the sauce and see how you like it best)
- 1 1 2 1 tsp sweetener (I used a total of 2 drops of liquid Splenda)
- Directions:
- 1. In a medium bowl mix the mayo, sour cream, mustard, apple cider vinegar, Splenda and heavy cream. (Some celery seed would be nice in here too but I didn't have any)
- 2. Taste the sauce and see if it's sweet enough or tangy enough for you.
- 3. Add the shredded cabbage and carrot and mix.
- 4. Chill before serving

- 1 (12 fluid ounce) can cola-flavored carbonated beverage
- 1/2 cup water (optional)

- 1 .Melt the butter in a large skillet or Dutch oven over medium heat. Saute onions in butter until translucent. Stir in the sauerkraut and cola.
- 2 .Cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer for 1 hour, adding up to 1/2 cup of water if necessary to prevent sticking. Remove cover and increase heat to medium for at least 15 minutes, or until most of the juice cooks down, and the sauerkraut glistens
