Cheesey Potato Soup with Bacon & Ham

Ingredients
- 5 Pounds of Diced Red Potatoes(7 1/2 cups)about 15 medium potatoes
- 6 cans of Chicken Broth(14.5 ounces)
- 6-8 Cups of Shredd Sharpe Cheddar Cheese(16-24 oz)
- 2 box of precooked Bacon (Chopped)
- 32-48 oz of heavy creme
- 3 teaspoon thyme
- 3 teaspoon tarragon
- 1-2 Tablespoon dill weed
- 3 teaspoons onion powder
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 lb diced ham optional can add peas, corn

Preparation
Step 1
In large stock pot boil potatoes in the chicken broth
for about 20 minutes or until tender
add crème some at a time until desired thickness
add spices to your choice
add all other ingredients and simmer until thicken to your choice
may need to add more creme or milk to thin out
add seasoning as needed
