1 In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter and butter until smooth

- 80-100 mini pretzels
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 Tablespoon butter, room temperature
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar, sifted
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 12-ounce bag chocolate chips
- 1 Tablespoon coconut oil
- Yields about 40-50 pretzels

- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt or to taste

Place jalapenos and onions in processor; process for just a few seconds
- 1 can (14.5 ounce size) diced tomatoes and green chiles
- 1 can (14.5 ounce size) whole peeled tomatoes, undrained
- 1 tablespoon jalapenos (canned, diced, not pickled) PLUS
- 1 teaspoon jalapenos (canned, diced, not pickled)
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 3/4 teaspoon garlic salt, to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin, or more to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar, to taste

Mix all ingredients together and simmer for about 30 minutes
- 1 stick butter, melted 1 cup of chopped onion
- 1/3 cup lemon juice 1/3 cup of vinegar
- 1/4 cup of Worcestershire 1/2 - 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 bottle of 32 oz. ketchup 1/2 cup of water

- 2 lb. small red potatoes (about 9), quartered
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

- 1 lb ground beef 1/2 lb Italian Sausage
- Onion & bell pepper, chopped 1/3 cup garlic
- 1 28 oz Can tomatoes 1 6 oz. tomato paste
- 1 Tble brown sugar 3 Tble Italian Seasoning
