Thousand Island Dressing

Combine all ingredients and chill well before serving
- 1 pt. Hellmans mayonaise
- 4 hard boiled eggs, chopped fine
- 1/2 cup sweet pickle relish, drained well
- 1/2 cup chili sauce
- 1/4 cup worchestshire sauce
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
Cole Slaw

Mix cabbage, onions, 1/2 cup sugar, and salt togethter in a mixing bowl
- 1 large head of green cabbage, shredded
- 2 large onions, sliced
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 2 tsp prepared mustard
- 1/4 cup water
- 3 tsp celery seed
- 3/4 cup salad oil
Parmesan Potatoes

Boil potatoes in a large pot until tender, abouit 20 minutes
- 3 lb. potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 2/3 lb. butter, melted
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 4 tsp salt
- 3 Tbsp chopped garlic
- 1/2 tsp. white pepper
- 1 1/2 cups grated parmesan
- 3/4 cup chopped green onions
Garlic Roasted Shrimp with Lemon Thyme Butter Sauce

- Thyme butter:
- 2 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 Tbsp good quality olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1 cup lemon thyme butter
- zest and juice from 1 lemon
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 Tbsp fresh thyme
- 1 Tbsp fresh parsley
- 1 Tbsp fresh chives, coarsely chopped
- pinch of salt

Preheat oven to 350 Cut french bread into 6 inch pieces and slice open horizontally
- 4 12 inch french bread loaves
- 2 lb pulled pork
- 16 thick slices of ham
- 16 slices swiss cheese
- 1 jar sliced pickles
- creole mustard
Dill Pickles (Spicy)

Combine all ingredients except dill sprigs in a large bowl
- 12 pickling cucumbers
- 2 cups water
- 13/4 cup distilled white vinegar
- 1 1/2 cups chopped, coarsely packed fresh dill
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 8 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 1/2 Tbsp coarse salt
- 1 Tbsp pickling spice
- 1 1/2 tsp dill seeds
- 1/2 tsp. dried crushed red pepper

Preheat oven to 350. Combine all ingredients except cheese
- 2 cans black beans
- 2 pkgs frozen creamed spinach
- 1 jar salsa
- shredded cheddar cheese
Key Lime Pie with a Pretzel Crust

Preheat oven top 350. Lightly grease a 9 inch pie pan with nonstick cooking spray
- Crust:
- 1 cup + 2 Tbsp very finely groud salted pretzels
- 3 Tbsp sugar
- 7 Tbsp butter, melted
- Filling:
- 4 large egg yolks
- 2 14oz cans sweetened condensed milk
- 3/4 cup Floribbean key lime juice
- juice of 1 medium lime
- 2 tsp lime zest
Lodo's Spicy Chex Mix

Mix together and bake at 250 for 1 hour stirring every 15 minutes
- 6 Tbsp butter
- 3 Tbsp worchestershire sauce
- 2 tsp sea salt
- 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 1/2 heaping tsp cayene
- 4 1/2 -5 cups corn, rice and wheat chex
- 2 Cups cashews
- 2 1/2-3 cups pretzels
- 1 cup almonds
- 1 1/2 cup pecans
Blueberry Breakfast Bake

Grease a 13x9x2 inch baking dish and add half the bread cubes
- Sauce:
- 12 slices day old bread, cut in 1 inch cubes
- 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese, cut in 1 inch pieces

- 1/3 plus 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- Blueberry sauce
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 Tbsp cornstarch
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 Tbsp unsalted butter
