Parmesan Potatoes

  • 3 lb. potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 2/3 lb. butter, melted
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 4 tsp salt
  • 3 Tbsp chopped garlic
  • 1/2 tsp. white pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups grated parmesan
  • 3/4 cup chopped green onions



Step 1

Boil potatoes in a large pot until tender, abouit 20 minutes. Drain in colander. Place in mixer and blend at medium speed until smooth. Reduce speed to slow and slowly add butter, cream, seasonings and Parmesan. Whip until smooth and creamy. Add green onions and blend well.
