- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 cups tomato juice
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/4 cup onion, minced
- 1 tomato, cubed
- 1 cup celery, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon Tabasco pepper sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper, freshly ground
- 1 bell pepper, minced
- 1 cucumber, diced
