- 1 * 1 cup fat-free milk
- 1/4 * 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 * 2 tablespoons vanilla yogurt
- 1 * 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 * 1 small banana, sliced and frozen
- 2/3 * 2/3 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 * 1/2 cup chopped peeled mango, frozen
- 1-1/4 * 1-1/4 cups frozen unsweetened sliced peaches
Sandwich chocolate cookies

1. Line baking sheets with parchment paper; lightly coat with cooking spray
- **Sandwich Cookie Filling**:
- * Vegetable oil cooking spray
- 3/4 * 3/4 cup all-purpose flour, plus more for dusting
- 1/3 * 1/3 cup unsweetened Dutch-process cocoa powder
- 1/8 * 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 6 * 6 tablespoons (3/4 stick) unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 * 3/4 cup confectioners' sugar, sifted
- 1 * 1 large egg
- 1/2 * 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- * Sandwich Cookie Filling
- Makes 1 cup (enough for 15 sandwich cookies)
- 6 * 6 tablespoons (3/4 stick) unsalted butter, softened
- 2 * 2 cups confectioners' sugar (sifted)
- * Flavoring (see above)
- Directions
- 1 . With an electric mixer on medium-high speed, beat butter until smooth. Add confectioners' sugar, and beat until light and fluffy. Stir in one of the flavorings. Use immediately.
Green Smoothie

This is the smoothie the lady at Costco was using
- Put Ingredients into the Vita-Mix in the following order:
- 1-2 Cups of Green Grapes
- 1/4 of a large Pineapple or 1/3 of a small Pineapple
- One whole large Banana
- Half of an Apple
- 2 big hand fulls of Spinach (at a show I add a touch of Kale and Parsley too)
- 2 cups of Ice
Cappucino Mousse Pie

Blend together coffee drink mix and 1/4 cup milk in a medium bowl; stir until well blended
- 1/4 c. French vanilla coffee drink mix
- 2 c. milk, divided
- 2 3.4-oz. pkgs. instant French vanilla pudding mix
- 8-oz. container frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 9 -inch graham cracker crust
- Optional: chocolate curls

- 1 lb. lean ground beef

- 1/2 cup water
- 4 flour tortillas (6 inch), cut into quarters
- 1 cup TACO BELL® HOME ORIGINALS® Thick 'N Chunky Salsa
- 1 cup KRAFT Mexican Style Finely Shredded Cheddar Jack Cheese
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1/4 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
