- 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 small onion, diced
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 (23.25-ounce) jar Prego® Light Smart Traditional pasta sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup part-skim ricotta cheese
- 1 1/2 cups shredded reduced-fat mozzarella cheese (I like Sargento®)
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
