Boston Baked Beans

Directions: Mix all ingredients and put in oven or crockpot
- Ingredients:
- 4 cans butter or lima beans (reserve 2 cups juice)
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- Several strips of bacon - cut up
- 1/2 cup molasses
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp dry mustard
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 cups bean juice
Dressing for Shrimp Salad

Directions Mix ingredients together and pour over salad
- 1/3 cup rice wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon minced ginger
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons chili-garlic sauce or chili sauce
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted
Famous Pork Chops

Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C)

- 1 cup crushed butter crackers
- garlic salt to taste
- ground black pepper to taste
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 4 pork chops

Lala's Spiced Tea

- 1-1/2 Gallons of boiling water
- 3-1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 cup orange juice
- 4 tsp whole cloves
- 8 sticks cinnamon
Lemon Pudding Cake

1 Heat oven to 350°F. Grease 1-quart casserole

- 3 eggs, separated
- 1/2 cup skim or low fat milk
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/8 teaspoon salt

Caesar Salad

For the dressing: Place the anchovies into a blender or food processor
- 4 whole anchovy fillets
- 2 tablespoons (and up to 3 tablespoons) Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon balsamic or red wine vinegar (balsamic makes it nice and rich)
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cloves fresh garlic, peeled
- 1/2 whole lemon, juiced
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan
- 1 dash salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 loaf crusty French bread
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves fresh garlic, peeled

- Hearts of romaine lettuce
- Fresh Parmesan wedge
