- 2/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Beat at medium speed til creamy
- Reduce to low and add following ingredients. Beat til mixed

- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 2/3 cup powdered sugar and cocoa

- Corn or vegetable oil, for frying and drizzling

- 1 small onion, finely chopped

- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped

- 1/4 cup pickled jalapeno slices, drained
