Zesty Oven Baked Fries

- 2 large baking potatoes , peeled and cut into thin strips
- 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Arrange cooked and drained, sliced apples in a buttered baking dish about 1 1/2 to 2 inches deep
- Topping:
- Enought Apples to filla baking dish 1 1/2- 2 inches deep
- Juice of 1 lemon

- 1/2 cup powdered milk
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 Tblsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3/4 cup butter
S'More Cake

Melt a large bag (24 oz) of chocolate chips
- Graham Cracker:
- 2 sticks of butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup dark corn syrup
- Cream these together and then add
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 4 cups flour
- 4 tablespoons water
- chill for 30 minutes before rolling out
- Chocolate:
- 24 oz Bag of chocolate
- White Cake:
- 1 cup whole milk at cool room temperature
- 6 large egg whites at cool room temperature
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 4 tsp. baking powder
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 1/3 cups cake flour
- 12 Tbsp. unsalted butter, softened but still firm

- Sweet Pork*
- 3 lb. pork roast (shoulder, butt, or loin roast all work great- I have used them all)
- 16 oz. chunky salsa
- 1 can Dr. Pepper or Coke (not Diet)
- 2 c. brown sugar
- Cilantro-Lime Rice*
- 1 c. uncooked rice
- 1 tsp. butter or margarine
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 can (15 oz) chicken broth
- 1 cup water
- 1 Tbsp. freshly squeezed lime juice
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 3 tablespoons fresh chopped cilantro
- Pico de Gallo*
- 2 medium tomatoes, diced
- 1 red onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 jalapeno, seeded or chopped (more or less, depending on how hot you like it)
- 2-3 sprigs fresh cilantro, finely chopped
- 1 green onion, finely chopped
- 1-2 cloves freshly minced garlic
- Juice of one lime
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp fresh ground pepper

- (makes 2 15-inch pizzas)
- 2 tsp. of active dry yeast (1 packet or 11gr.)
- 1 tsp. of honey
- 1/2 cup tepid water + 1 cup tepid water
- 1 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
