- 4.9 oz au gratin potatoes
- 3 1/4 cup hot water

- 2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Corn Bread Casserole

- 14 oz corn
- 1 cup water
- 1 envelope brown gravy mix
- 8 1/2 oz corn bread/muffin mix
- 1 Tbls real bacon bits

Chicken Pot Pie

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Mix vegetables, chicken and soup in a greased 2 - quart casserole
- 16 oz frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
- 1 cup cut-up cooked chicken
- 10 3/4 ounces condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup bisquick
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- basil
- italian seasoning
Beef Cassoulet

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp basil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 15 oz can navy or kidney beans, drained
- 14 iz can beef broth
- 16 oz diced tomatoes
- 2 cups bisquick
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1/4 tsp oregano
- 1/4 tsp basil
- 1/4 tsp garlic salt

Heat over to 35o degrees. In meduim bowl, mix chicken, sugar, salsa, enchilada sauce, and corn
- 2 cups cut-up cooked chicken
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 cup thick and chunky salsa
- 1 19 oz can mild enchilada sauce
- 1 11 oz can whole kernel corn, drained
- 2 cups coarsely broken tortilla chips
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 1 medium tomato, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar-jack cheese
- (may add 1 16 oz can chili beans undrained)
Creamy Onion Lasagna

- 8 oz cottage cheese
- 8 oz french onion dip
- 1 25.6 oz jar italian sausafe and garlic spaghetti sauce
- 12 no cook lasagna noodles
- 3 cup mozzarella cheese

Crab Quesadillas

In medium bowl, mix cream cheese, corn, cilantro, pimentos, pepper, and onions
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 11 oz whole kernel corn, drained
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/3 cup chopped green onion
- 2 oz diced pimentos, drained
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 lb chopped cooked imitation crab meat
- 6 sun-dried tomato or spinach-cilantro flavored flour tortillas (8 in)
