  • 8 corn tortillas
  • 2 1/2 cups Cheddar cheese
  • 2 Tbls butter
  • 2 Tbls flour
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 3/4 cup sour cream (I used light)
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 large avocados, peeled and pitted
  • 1 Tbls cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1 lime, juiced
