Sesame-Ginger Coleslaw

MIX first 3 ingredients until well blended
- 1/3 cup MIRACLE WHIP Light Dressing
- 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Lite Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 6 cups finely shredded cabbage
- 1 cup snow peas, diagonally cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 carrot, coarsely chopped
- 2 stalks celery, thinly sliced
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 Tbsp. minced ginger
- 2 Tbsp. sesame seed, toasted
Stuffed Zucchini

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 5 large zucchini, cut in half lengthwise
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 8 ounce package sliced baby bella mushrooms
- 1 red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
- 2 cups panko-style bread crumbs
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Pumpkin Scones

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and spices
- 2 3/4 cups King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1/2 cup cold butter
- 1 to 2 cup minced crystallized ginger, cinnamon chips, or chocolate chips
- 2/3 cup canned pumpkin
- 2 large eggs
- Coarse white sparkling sugar, for topping
Cherry Cream Pie with a Granola Crust

Pulse the granola in a food processor until it has a less chunky, more crumbly consistency
- For the crust:
- 2 c. Sunbelt Bakery Lowfat granola cereal **I had to pick the raisins out of this particular box
- 5 T. butter, melted
- For the cherry pie filling:
- 5 to 6 cups fresh pitted cherries, about 2 1/2 to 3 pounds
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- 4 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
- For the pie:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. confectioners sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 8 oz. frozen whipped topping thawed
- granola pie crust
- 16 oz cherry pie filling
Crock Pot Cream Cheese Chicken

1 Place chicken pieces in crock pot and sprinkle ranch dressing over chicken
- 3 lbs chicken pieces
- 1 pkg fresh mush mushrooms, sliced
- 1 (2/3 ounce) package Ranch salad dressing mix
- 1 tsp paprika
- 4 tablespoons melted butter (divided)
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 8 ounces fat free cream cheese
- 1/2 cup white wine
- Fresh chives
- Chopped bacon
Southwestern Breakfast Bake

Preheat oven 350F. Coat 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan with nonstick cooking spray
- 1 (11-ounce) can Mexicorn, drained
- 1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chiles1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 8 (6 inch) corn or flour tortillas, quartered
- 2 cups shredded, reduced
- fat Mexican blend cheese
- 4 eggs
- 6 egg whites
- 2/3 cup skim milk
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Wild Rice Casserole

Place all dry ingredients in Crock Pot and stir to mix well
- 1 c. long grain white rice
- 1 c. wild rice
- 8-10 baby carrots, chopped
- 2 med. onions, chopped
- 3 ribs celery, chopped
- 1 pkg. fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 &1/2 c. water
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 1 pkg. shredded cheese
Kansas City-Style Barbecue Sauce

Heat the vegetable oil in a medium pot over medium heat
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup coarsely chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, smashed
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 3 tablespoons packed dark brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons molasses
- 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Kosher salt
- 2 teaspoons liquid smoke

- 2 2/3 cups sugar

- 1 cup applesauce, any style
- 1 cup pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling)
- 2/3 cup apple juice
- 3 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon mace
- 1 cup finely chopped walnuts
