BREAST - Jamie Oliver's Mustard Chicken

Turn the heat under the frying pan up to medium
- few sprigs fresh rosemary
- 2 - 180 g higher-welfare chicken breasts, skin on
- 2 teaspoons Colman's mustard powder
- 1 1/2 baby leeks , or 1/2 large leek
- 2 cloves garlic
- white wine
- 40 ml single cream
- 1/2 heaped teaspoon wholegrain mustard
ASIAN****Thai Coconut Curry Soup

- 2 teaspoons coconut oil
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1/2 heaping tablespoon (10 mL) Thai curry paste
- Ten der stems of 1/2 bunch of cilantro, rinsed well
- 1 to 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 1 medium carrot, shredded
- 3 lime leaves - removed before serving
- 1 stalk of lemon grass, halved lengthwise, woody leaves removed - removed before serving
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- Zest and juice of 1 lime
- Small knob frozen ginger
- Handful bean sprouts, optional
- 3 ounces (85 grams) rice noodles or rice vermicelli
- 4 ounces poached chicken, shredded
- 2 tablespoons cilantro leaves, chopped
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
- a sprinkle or two salt or soy sauce

- 1 head - +/- 600 grams, cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Maldon salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil or garlic-flavored olive oil
- 1 tsp chilli powder (I used Ancho)
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp. Tandoori spice (new addition)
- 1 heaping tbsp cornstarch
- 2 % plain Greek yogurt, to serve (mixed with optional squeeze of lime juice and some minced coriander)

- 3 tablespoons (30 g) chopped fresh ginger, plus more to taste
- 2 cups (500 ml) good-tasting vegetable broth
- 2-4 teaspoons fresh lemon juice

- 1 whole wheat pita or 1 PC mini Naan round, toasted until crisp and broken into pieces

- 1/4 cup chopped sweet peppers
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 2 tbsp. chopped fresh mint
- 1 heart of romaine lettuce, shredded

- 2 cloves garlic, minced (or 1/2 clove grated)

- 1 - 2 tbsp. lemon juice (try 1 tbsp. first, then add more, if necessary)

- 20 cloves garlic, unpeeled
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 12 cloves garlic, peeled
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 4 cups chicken stock
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 12 oz. cooked chicken thighs or breasts, cubed
