Oven-Dried Mashed Sweet Potatoes - Alex Guarnaschelli

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F
- 2 pounds medium sweet potatoes, scrubbed clean and dried with a kitchen towel
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, softened, plus 1 stick
- Kosher salt
- 1/4 cup fresh orange juice, plus a few grates orange zest
- 1 tablespoon dry sherry
- 1 tablespoon molasses
Pea and Coriander Soup

This utterly delicious soup has a perky zing with the addition of fresh chilli
- 1 1/2 pints (900 milliliters/3 3/4cups) homemade chicken stock
- 2 ounces (50 grams/1/2 stick) butter
- 5 ounces finely chopped (150 grams/1 cup) onion
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
- 1 green chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
- 1 pound (450 grams/4 cups) peas (good quality frozen are fine)
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander, plus whole leaves for garnish
- Sugar, for seasoning
- Softly whipped cream, for garnish
Vanilla Bean Coconut Yogurt Smoothie - Claire Robinson

Combine the water, honey and vanilla bean pod in a small saucepan over low heat
- 1/2 water
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 vanilla bean, split lengthwise
