Chocolate Chip Cream Cheese Breakfast Cookies

1. With your hand mixer, beat sugar, cream cheese and vanilla together until smooth in a medium sized bowl

- 1 pound unpeeled medium shrimp
- 8 cups water
- 1 teaspoon black peppercorns
- 4 garlic cloves, crushed

- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons hot pepper sauce (such as Tabasco)

Boil chicken, debone and cut up
- 1 small package mozarella
- 1 boiled chicken, deboned and cut up
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tomato
- 1 onion (optional)
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 small can mild diced green chilis
- 1 small can chopped black olives (optional)
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 10 medium flour tortillas
- salt to taste
Italian Chicken Sandwiches

1. First, add 2-3 pounds of chicken breast to the slow cooker
- 2-3 pounds chicken breast
- 1 jar spaghetti or marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped (or use a bag of mixed frozen onion and bell peppers)
- minced garlic (to taste)
- 2-3 tsp. basil (or use frozen basil squares from the freezer section)
- salt and pepper (to taste)
- Your favorite seasoned bread
