Teriyaki Chicken Stir-Fry

- 1 cup shredded carrot
- 2 scallions, sliced thin (white part plus 2 inches of the green part)

- 2 cups bowtie pasta, cooked
- 4 - 6 oz. shredded parmesan cheese
