Chicago-Style Pan Pizza

Directions Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)
- 1 (1 pound) loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
- 1 pound bulk Italian sausage
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 8 ounces sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes, drained
- 3/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon fennel seed
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 450°F. Line a baking sheet or shallow baking dish with foil
- 4 salmon fillets or 4 salmon steaks
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey or 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon stone ground dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil or 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame seed (optional)
Garlic Sauce

A garlicky sauce is a great way to add extra flavor to stir-fry dishes, particularly seafood dishes
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons Chinese rice wine or dry sherry
- 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon chili sauce, or according to taste (I use 1/2 teaspoon)
- 1/4 teaspoon Asian sesame oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 tablespoon vegetable or peanut oil
- 3 - 4 medium garlic cloves, finely chopped (4 teaspoons - 1 1/2 tablespoons chopped garlic)

- 2 T Earth Balance
- 3 T AP flour
- 2 cups So Delicious coconut milk, or vegan milk of your choice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bag Daiya, cheddar-style
- 3/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 1/2 t chili powder (or more to taste)
- 1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
- 1 T dried parsley (optional)
- Cooking spray (must be in a can)
