Decadent Fudge Brownie Pie

HEAT oven to 375°F. Bake pie crust 10 minutes; remove from oven
- 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust
- 1 cup (6 oz. pkg.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1/2 cup biscuit baking mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- Vanilla ice cream
Butter Pecan Cake

Cake In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy

- 1 1/3 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/3 cup chopped pecans, toasted, divided
- Butter Pecan Frosting
- 3 Tbsp butter or margarine, softened
- 3 cups confectioners' sugar
- 3 Tbsp milk
- 3/4 tsp vanilla
Strawberry Pie

Crust Mix and bake in a 13x9" pan at 325 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until light golden brown

- 1 cup plain flour
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 1 stick margarine

- 1 cup sugar
- 1 8 oz cool whip

- 1 qt jar strawberry glaze

- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 Tbsp corn starch
- 2 cup water
- 1/2 pkg strawberry jello
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp red food coloring
