Strawberry Cheese Pie

BEAT cream cheese until fluffy in large bowl
- 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 (8 or 9-inch) prepared graham cracker or baked pie crust
- 1 quart fresh strawberries, cleaned and hulled
- 1 (13.5 or 16 oz.) package prepared strawberry glaze, chilled
Apple Spice Custard Cake

HEAT oven to 350°F. Spray 13 x 9-inch pan generously with flour no-stick cooking spray
- Crisco® Flour No-Stick Spray
- 1 (18.25 or 18.5 oz.) package spice cake mix
- 2 medium apples, peeled and chopped
- 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- Ground cinnamon, if desired
Decadent Peanut Butter Pie

Beat cream cheese, peanut butter, and sugar until mixed well
- 1 chocolate cookie pie crust
- 1 cup + 2 Tbsp creamy peanut butter; divided
- 1 8 oz cream cheese; room temperature
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 1/2 cups + cool whip (2 small bowls)
- 1 11.75 oz jar smuckers hot fudge sauce
Brownie Cake

Mix 2 cups flour and 2 cups sugar in a large bowl; set aside
- 2 cups plain flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 3 Tbsp cocoa
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup crisco oil
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1 tsp soda
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Icing
- 1 stick butter
- 6 Tbsp milk
- 3 Tbsp cocoa
- 1 box powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup chopped nuts
Chocolate Satin Pie

WHISK together evaporated milk and egg yolks in medium saucepan
- 1 prepared 9-inch (6 oz.) graham cracker crust
- 1 can (12 fl. oz.) NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Evaporated Milk
- 2 large egg yolks
- 2 cups (12-oz. pkg.) NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
- Whipped cream
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts
TACO DINNER MAC AND CHEESE

Prepare pasta according to package directions
- 1 (8-ounce) package elbow macaroni
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 (1.25-ounce) envelope reduced-sodium taco seasoning mix
- 3/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1 (8-ounce) block sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
- Toppings - if you wish: chopped tomato, green onions, sour cream, salsa
Savory Parmesan Bites

- 2 cans crescent rolls
- 1 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 small red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup parsley
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
Homemade Camp Stew

Combine hen, beef and pork; add water to cover well
- 1 large stewing hen or 3 lbs fryer or larger
- 3 lbs beef (stew meat)
- 2 lbs lean pork (or more)
- 1 large onion; chopped
- 5 lbs potatoes; peeled & diced
- 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
- 2 cups hot barbecue sauce
- 2 cups ketchup (more if needed)
- salt & pepper to taste
- 8 cups cream style corn
