ziti with basil, asparagus, and balsamic glaze

We wanted to eat something light and tasty without meat
- 3/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 pound of pasta
- 1 pound of fresh asparagus
- 1 large chopped red onion
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 cup fresh chopped basil
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup fresh grated pecorino romano cheese
- 1 tbsp salt
- salt and pepper to taste
Mini Egg Quiche

Beat eggs. Combine dry ingredients in another bowl, slowly add 1/2 cup milk and stir until smooth

- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese; shredded
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese; shredded
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese; grated
- 1/2 cup chopped, cooked ham
- 1 cup milk; divided
- 1/3 cup plain flour

Caramel Candy

Melt 1 cup white sugar. Mix 2 cups sugar, salt, karo, milk and let stand while browning 1 cup sugar

- 3 Tbsp Karo
- 1 cup carnation milk
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1 stick parkay
- 1 tsp vanilla
Pecan Pie

Beat eggs and add sugars. Add rest of ingredients except pecans
- 1 pie
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup light karo
- 3 eggs
- 2 1/2 Tbsp butter, melted
- 2 1/2 Tbsp margarine, melted
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 2 pies
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 3/4 cup light brown sugar
- 3/4 cup light karo
- 6 eggs
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 1 Tbsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Macaroni Casserole

Mix and bake in oven at 400 degrees about 25 to 30 minutes
- 1 pkg elbow macaroni, cooked & drained
- 1 small bell pepper; chopped
- 1 small onion; chopped
- 1 small jar of pimento chopped
- 2 cup mayonaise
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 pkg sharp cheddar cheese grated
Easy Yeast Rolls

- 1 16 oz block extra sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 16 oz block sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise (maybe a little more)
- 1/2 Tbsp mustard
- 1 Tbsp Karo syrup
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 lg jars chopped pimientos; drained
- 1 cup chopped roasted red bell peppers
- chopped jalapenos to taste
