  • 1/3 tsp baking soda
  • 1 1/2 cups bread flour
  • 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour (I used 1 cup bread flour, 2 cups white whole wheat and 1 Tbsp. vital gluten)
  • 1 1/2 tsp. yeast
