- 1/2 cup flax seed
- 3 bananas, mashed
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup egg substitute
- 1 cup whole wheat pastry flour
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup wheat germ
- 1 cup blueberries
Indian Cauliflower and Kidney Bean Stew with Coconut Milk

- 1 large yellow onion, cut into pieces
- 2 garlic cloves, sliced
- 1 teaspoon peeled and minced fresh ginger
- 1 jalapeno chile (optional), seeded

- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon ground fennel seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
