1. Heat oven to 425°F. Unroll crust on work surface
- 1 Pillsbury® refrigerated pie crust (from 15-oz box), softened as directed on box
- 1 large baking apple, peeled, cored and thinly sliced (about 2 cups)
- 2 T sugar
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 8 tsp caramel flavored topping

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Topping:
- 3 c. flour
- 2 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp powder
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1 1/2 c. oil
- 3 tsp poppy seeds
- 3 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 tsp almond extract (or 4 tsp lemon extract)
- 1/4 c. orange juice or lemon juice
- 3/4 c. powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp almond extract
Garlic Oregano Zucchini

In a large skillet, cook and stir the garlic in oil over medium heat for 1 minute
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 4 medium zucchini, sliced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons quick-cooking oats
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup buttermilk
Blueberry Muffins - Bisquick-AR

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Use muffin cups or spray bottom only of muffin tin
- 2 c. Bisquick
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 2/3 c. milk
- 2 T. vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 3/4 c. fresh or frozen blueberries (thawed & drained)

In a 5-qt. slow cooker, combine all the ingredients
- 4 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 2 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 2 cups halved fresh green beans
- 2 small zucchini, cubed
- 1 medium yellow summer squash, cubed
- 4 small carrots, thinly sliced
- 2 celery ribs, thinly sliced
- 1 cup cubed peeled eggplant
- 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon salt-free garlic and herb seasoning
- 4 cups V8 juice
