Sausage Potato Soup

- 1/2 ½ lb Italian sausage
- 16 oz frozen hash browns (4 cups)
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 can 14 oz chicken broth
- 2 c water
- 1-10¾ oz can cream of celery soup
- 1-10¾ oz can cream of chicken soup
- 2 c milk

Heat waffle iron. Beat eggs with hand beater until fluffy; beat in remaining ingredients just until smooth
- Blueberry:
- 2 eggs
- 1 3/4 cups milk
- 1/2 cup margarine or butter, melted, or vegetable oil
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2-4 tablespoons fresh or frozen blueberries (thawedand well drained) over batter immediately after pouring it onto the iron
- Cheese and bacon:
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheese (about 4 onz)
- 4 short slices bacon, crisply fried, on batter.
- Ham:
- 1 package (3 onz) sliced smoke ham, cut up
